Welcome to The League,

Miami's premier adult basketball league! Our league strives to bring the best basketball experience to our athletes, and we pride ourselves on offering a safe environment for all.
 

We value good sportsmanship and conduct, and as such, we have a strict code of conduct for all our members. We do not tolerate any form physical abuse, and we strongly enforce a no-fighting policy. Physical altercations of any kind will result in immediate expulsion from the league, as we believe safety is paramount.
 

Each team will play 6 regular season games, plus playoffs with bye weeks throughout the season. The roster you submit now will be your final roster.

If a player on the roster does NOT play at least 1 regular season game, then they are NOT eligible for playoffs so please add your necessary reserves.

jersys are available for purchase, if not added at time of your purchase it will be assumed that your team has their own jerseys.
 

 

Divisions

 

Grand master (Division 1) - for our top athletes no limit to how many talented players can be added to the team.

 

 

Could've been (Division 2) - for our above average athletes looking to get a good competitive run in. maximum of two d1 players allowed on the team.  

 

 

Couch Potatos (Division 3) - for our average hoopers looking to compete, get a great workout with a fun feel. maximum of two division 2 players allowed on the team.

Mon: 9:05p; 10:05p; 10:55
Tues: 9:05p; 10:05p; 10:55
Wed: 9:05p; 10:05p; 10:55

Thur: 9:05p; 10:05p; 10:55
Fri: 7:05 pm; 8:05 pm; 9:05p; 10:05p
Saturday: 10:05 am; 11:05 am; 12:05 am; 1:05 pm; 2:05 pm; 3:05 pm; 4:05 pm

 

 

League rules.

Games will be 20 min. halves with clock stopping last 2 mins of 2nd half.

Each team will receive 3 timeouts per game and 1 additional timeout in overtime if that team does not have one after regulation.

Player fouls at 6

Team fouls at 7 for one and one. Team fouls at 10 for 2 shots.

 

Technical fouls- team would have the option to shoot the free throw and receive ball. Or play one on one. player of their choosing plays against opposing team player of their choosing for 3 points and the ball. 4 dribbles max.

 

Overtime will be 2 mins. Fouls do not reset. After the second overtime there will be sudden death. Next point wins.

Liability Waiver

  1. Acknowledgment of Risk
    The risk of injury to myself from the activities involved in these programs is significant, including the potential for permanent disability and death. While particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist.

  2. Assumption of Risk
    I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

  3. Compliance with Program Rules
    I willingly agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual or significant concern in my readiness for participation, I will bring it to the attention of the nearest official immediately.

  4. Release of Liability
    I, for myself, my spouse, my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless:

    • 305 SPORTS LLC

    • THE LEAGUE 305

    • HOOPERS GYM BY 305 SPORTS

    • /KÕD/ LIFESTYLE GYM

    along with their directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, volunteers, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, whether arising from negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  5. Indemnification
    I, for myself, my spouse, and my child/ward, and on behalf of my/our heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby indemnify and hold harmless all the above Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my involvement or participation in these programs, even if arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  6. Media Release
    I understand that all pictures taken of my child by THE LEAGUE 305 may be used for marketing purposes, unless written notice is provided.

As Team Captain, I am responsible for showing all my teammates this form.

Player Conduct Policy

At The League 305, we are committed to providing a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment for all players, families, and staff.
By participating in this program, all players agree to:

  • Treat coaches, staff, teammates, referees, and opponents with respect at all times

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude

  • Avoid disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior—both on and off the court

  • Communicate concerns respectfully and at appropriate times (not during games)
